- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and drive sales performance against set targets
- Manage inventory levels and stock reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze sales and stock reports using Excel
- Utilize Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas) for data analysis and reporting
- Identify sales trends and recommend improvement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize stock availability and turnover
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- Experience in retail/store operations and sales management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
