- Implementation of our SSU Quality Improvement Program Data-driven MEL, coaching structures & quality reviews
- Innovation in inclusive and play-based learning
- Collaboration with head teachers, SSU teachers, parents & government
- Degree in Education / Project Management / Development Studies
- 5+ years program management experience (inclusive/SNE preferred)
- Current understanding of inclusive education methodologies & policy trends
- High ambition, strong execution power and a structured, collaborative mindset
