- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or operations analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- A deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows, including how different functions work together.
- Analytical mindset: The ability to think critically and use logical reasoning to identify problems and evaluate solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: The capacity to identify root causes and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
