About the RoleAMI is seeking a highly organised, reliable and execution-oriented Operations Associate to support the Managing Director of AMI Enterprise on a part-time basis.This role provides hands-on coordination and execution support to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, decisions are followed through, and cross-functional actions are delivered on time. It is well suited to a mid-level professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.This is not a strategic leadership role; it is an execution-critical support role that enables leadership decisions to translate into action.Key Responsibilities
Executive & Project CoordinationTrack all projects, initiatives and outcomes involving the Managing Director using Zoho, Monday.com, and other required toolsMonitor progress against commitments and proactively flag risks or delaysMaintain clear visibility of priorities and timelines
Meetings & Follow-UpAttend selected meetings to take clear, accurate notes and capture decisions and action itemsFollow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed as agreed
Communication & Execution SupportDraft and send emails and Slack messages on behalf of the Managing DirectorMake follow-up calls where necessary to drive completion of tasksSupport alignment and accountability across teams
