We work across fashion, logistics, tech, and more-building experiences that live in hearts and minds.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & DesignDesign static and motion-led content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations
Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) from briefs or raw footage
Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling
Adapt content across formats while maintaining brand consistencyCreative ExecutionInterpret briefs and translate strategy into strong visual concepts
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to deliver cohesive campaigns
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and concept development sessions
Prepare production-ready assets for digital and print useBrand & Quality ControlEnsure all outputs align with brand guidelines and creative direction
Maintain high visual standards across all deliverables
Manage files, versions, and handovers efficientlyRequired Skills & Experience

2-4 years experience in multimedia design, content creation, or a similar role
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Basic to intermediate motion graphics or animation capability
Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Understanding of social media content formats and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
Photography or videography skills
Familiarity with African or local brand storytelling
UI/UX or digital layout experience
