Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Trainer at Mediacrest Training College

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or M&E.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in M&E, MEAL or Data Analysis roles.
• Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of: Logframes, Theory of Change, and Data Collection.
• Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization.
• Relevant software skills are a plus e.g. SPSS, STATA, or KoboToolbox.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.
