- Actively prospect, pitch, and close new HR consulting engagements with potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, leveraging both traditional networks and digital platforms.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering solutions in areas such as policy development, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design and implement tailored HR projects that meet client needs.
- Bachelorās degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a role that combined HR execution (as a generalist or consultant) with clear business development or client-facing targets.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or business growth targets is essential.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; you are as confident in a boardroom as you are in an HR audit.
- Demonstrable proficiency in using social media for professional networking and lead generation.
