Audit AFOSI's financial statements for FY 2025 in accordance with ISA and Kenyan NGO auditing requirements

Compliance Review

Ensure compliance with PBORA, KRA regulations (PAYE, SHA, NSSF, VAT), and donor agreements

Independent Assurance

Provide AFOSI, its Board and donors with independent assurance on financial performance and internal controls

Required Qualifications

Independent, licensed and registered with ICPAK to practice auditing in Kenya
At least 5 years of experience
Experience auditing Kenya-based NGOs and donor-funded projects
Comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
Knowledge of KRA tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, SHA)
