Job SummaryZeplin Investments Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Agent with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience to support the Company’s compliance, regulatory, and human resource functions. The role is primarily compliance-focused, with additional responsibility for supporting HR process adherence and statutory employment compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policiesReview, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements to internal HR and operational processesMaintain up-to-date compliance registers, statutory records, licenses, and regulatory documentationTrack statutory deadlines, filings, renewals, and compliance obligations, and follow up on outstanding actionsConduct internal compliance reviews and support HR-related compliance audits and inspectionsIdentify compliance gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actionsReview disciplinary documentation, HR records, and employment processes for legal and procedural complianceSupport compliance with internal HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and leave administration frameworksVerify the accuracy and completeness of HR records, leave data, and HR reports from a compliance perspectiveCoordinate and follow up on HR process adherence across departmentsPrepare compliance reports, findings, and recommendations for management reviewSupport regulatory inspections, inquiries, and external audits, including preparation of required documentationMaintain proper audit trails and evidence to demonstrate complianceEscalate compliance breaches or risks objectively and in line with approved escalation proceduresCollaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Management to strengthen compliance controlsHandle sensitive compliance and employee information with confidentiality and professionalismRequirementsMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in compliance, HR, audit, or a related roleDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of regulatory compliance and employment law requirementsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and confidentialityStrong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsOpportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive, and team-oriented environmentExposure to current and emerging technologiesLunch Stipend
