JOB TITLE: BLOWER OPERATORAbout This Job:Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Blower Operator to work in Thika, KenyaJob SummaryThe Blower Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.· Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting shift.· Update assigned machine log sheets on hourly basis· Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.· Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.· Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.· Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed during the production processKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.· 3 Years minimum experience in manufacturing Industries· At least 3 years of experience in a Beverage production environment is an added advantage.· Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.· Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.· Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems· Excellent communication skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Interested and qualified applicants should submit their applications through the link belowNote:Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Q-SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
