Key Responsibilities

 Drive sales of dairy products in assigned outlets

 Achieve daily sales and order targets

 Take and confirm accurate customer orders

 Ensure product availability and correct stock rotation (FIFO)

 Monitor expiry dates and remove near-expiry products as guided

 Maintain basic product visibility and shelf standards

 Open new outlets and grow numeric distribution

 Follow assigned routes and daily call plans

 Submit accurate daily sales, stock, and activity reports

 Provide market, pricing, and competitor feedback

 Adhere strictly to pricing, sales procedures, and code of conduct

Requirements

 Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

 Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, dairy category experience is an added advantage.

 Strong attention to detail and audit discipline.

 Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

 Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
